I have been MIA when it comes to writing for a long time. There are many reasons for this, but I have realized that the most important is that I have lost my focus and inner guiding voice over the last few years and have been controlled by external factors.

I have not been consistent in my blogging, even though it has always been the plan and something I want to do. But I have always been writing. Part of this comes with my role, but writing is an excellent outlet for my thoughts and a creative way to connect
